About XIME Bengaluru
XIME was set up in June 1991 by Prof. J. Philip, who had just finished six years as Director of IIM Bangalore, together with seven other academicians. It began in a temporary shed in the St Martha's Hospital compound and now runs three campuses, of which Bangalore is the original, on Hosur Road in Electronics City Phase II. The Bangalore campus is autonomous rather than university-affiliated: it awards a Post Graduate Diploma in Management, and its PGDM carries NBA accreditation valid to December 2028. It admits 240 students to the PGDM and a further 60 to a separate PGDM in Business Analytics, and accepts XAT, CAT, CMAT, MAT, ATMA and GMAT scores.

Final-year students may apply if they are maintaining a 50% average and complete their degree examinations before 25 June 2026.
