1. What this site is

Campus Karnataka is an independent information platform about colleges, courses and entrance examinations in Karnataka. We are not a university, not a government body, and not an admission authority. We do not conduct admissions, allot seats, or guarantee admission to any institution.

2. Information is indicative

Fees, seat counts, cut-off ranks, placement figures, eligibility criteria and examination dates published on this site are compiled from publicly available sources and are indicative only. They change frequently and may contain errors or become outdated.

Before making any admission, financial or examination decision, you must verify the details with the official authority — the Karnataka Examinations Authority, COMEDK, the National Testing Agency, the relevant university, or the institution itself.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
• Submit false, misleading or someone else’s personal details.
• Post reviews or content that is defamatory, abusive, obscene, discriminatory or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or its administrative areas.
• Use automated systems to overload or disrupt the site.

4. User-submitted reviews

Reviews reflect the personal opinions of the individuals who submit them, not those of Campus Karnataka. We moderate submissions before publication and may edit, decline or remove any review at our discretion — for example if it is abusive, appears fabricated, or identifies individuals.

By submitting a review you confirm it is your genuine experience, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, display and distribute it on the site.

5. Enquiries and third-party contact

If you submit an enquiry, we may share your details with colleges and counselling partners so they can contact you, as described in our Privacy Policy. Any dealings, applications, payments or agreements between you and an institution are strictly between you and that institution. We are not a party to them and accept no responsibility for them.

6. Intellectual property

The design, layout, original text and compilation of content on this site belong to Campus Karnataka. College names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and informational purposes only. Their appearance does not imply any endorsement or affiliation.

7. External links

The site links to official portals and institution websites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or availability.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campus Karnataka and its operators will not be liable for any loss or damage — including missed admissions, missed deadlines, financial loss or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of, or reliance on, information published on this site.

We may modify the site, its content or these terms at any time. Continued use after changes are posted means you accept the revised terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
