Are hostel facilities guaranteed if I get admission?

No. Admission to a course and allotment of a hostel seat are separate processes at almost every Karnataka college.

Hostel seats are limited and usually allotted after admission, often on a first-come basis or by distance from home. Apply as early as you can once your seat is confirmed.

If you do not get a hostel seat, the Vidyasiri scheme provides a food and accommodation allowance to eligible backward class students studying away from home, and similar support exists for SC/ST students through the state scholarship portal. Ask the college about tie-ups with private hostels and paying-guest accommodation nearby.
