The options you had submitted by 11:00 AM on the 22nd are the ones KEA will allot against — in this round and, per KEA’s boxed warning, in every later one. ⚠️ THE ROUND-1 PROVISIONAL RESULT IS STILL ABSENT, a full day after the options that feed it were frozen. KEA’s 10 September schedule had put it after 5:00 PM on the 19th and the FINAL result after 4:00 PM on the 21st; neither has appeared, and KEA has published no revised timetable for them or for the choice, fee and reporting rows of 22 to 26 September that follow. This site fetched KEA’s UGNEET portal on the morning of the 22nd and read its row labels by hand, the check that catches an extension because an extension arrives as a re-dated portal row rather than as a document: the newest row on the index is still the seat-cancellation link and the post-Round-2 vacant medical seat list of 17-09-2026, unchanged in text and position, and the index carries nothing dated 18 to 22 September at all. This site reported on both the 18th and the 19th that it had not appeared, and that was true at every hour it was checked: the file is stamped 19 September, 14:42 — about fifty minutes after the 19th’s hand-read of the portal at 1:50 PM. It ran two days and three hours past the "after 6:00 PM on 17 September" its own round schedule printed, and KEA has published no explanation. ⏰ WHAT TO DO NOW: check the mock result, then change, reorder, delete or add your options before 11:00 AM on 22 September — KEA’s own instant, printed in red on that notice. ⚠️ IF YOU HAVE ENTERED NO OPTIONS AT ALL, THIS IS YOUR WINDOW TOO: KEA states that eligible candidates who have not yet entered options may enter them now in order of preference. THE GOVERNMENT’S FINAL SEAT MATRIX IS OUT — the one step on this track that had never been dated. Government of Karnataka notification No. ED 228 TEC 2026, dated 17 September and signed by the Under Secretary, Higher Education Department (Technical Education), publishes the FINAL 2026-27 seat matrix for MBA, MCA and M.Tech/M.Arch, and directs KEA to allot seats against it through online counselling. KEA posted it on the PGCET portal at about 7:36 PM on 18 September — after that day’s check here, which is why this site carries it a day later. It supersedes the 8 September DRAFT and records that the objections invited within three days have been considered. It arrived before the option-change window was due to shut, which this site had flagged as an open question. ⚠️ READ THE HEADING ON THE SHEET YOU OPEN: the covering order says FINAL, while all six annexure sheets say "1ST ROUND PROVISIONAL". Both are accurate — the Government’s approval of the intake is final; the Round-1 matrix is the round’s opening stock, before cancellations and vacancies move it. Six files: MBA, MCA and M.Tech for the general pool, and the same three for SPECIAL CATEGORY. ⚠️ This site quotes no seat count from any of them. A seat matrix is transcribed only through the full verification pipeline, never off a watch run; open KEA’s own sheet for your course and college code. ⚠️ Also corrected today: this site had been printing the file number of the 8 September draft as "ED 228 TSC 2026". KEA’s round schedule put the Round-1 MOCK allotment after 6:00 PM on 17 September and gave candidates until 11:00 AM on 19 September to change, reorder, delete or add options once they had seen it. This site read the PGCET portal row labels by hand at about 1:50 PM on the 19th, two hours past that close: still no mock-result row, still no result link, and the only PGCET-2026 counselling row on the portal is the option-entry link, unchanged and still labelled 11-09-2026. So the change window appears to have opened and shut without the result it existed for, across two days in which KEA published no extension, no new date and no explanation. This site does not assert that the window is closed — KEA has not said so — and a window timed off a result that never appeared may yet be re-dated; if it is, KEA will do it as a row label on the portal, which no automated watch can see. The Round-1 PROVISIONAL allotment is still printed for after 5:00 PM on 19 September and the FINAL for after 4:00 PM on 21 September. KEA sends no individual intimation, so keep opening the portal.

⏰ A SECOND WINDOW IS OPEN, AND IT SHUTS AT 5:00 PM ON 20 SEPTEMBER: KEA has opened seat CANCELLATION for candidates who do not want the seat allotted in the Round-2 final result. Notice No. ED/KEA/Adalitha/CR-11/2026 dated 17-09-2026 gives candidates an opportunity to exit KEA counselling between 4:00 PM on 17 September and 5:00 PM on 20 September, and says the seats cancelled this way are considered for the THIRD round — the first time KEA has stated in writing this cycle that a third round will run. It was opened because candidates began asking to cancel once the final result came out on the 16th, typically after an MCC seat or a home-state seat came through. The seat-cancellation link is live at the top of KEA’s UGNEET portal, dated 17-09-2026. ⚠️ CANCELLING CARRIES A PENALTY, AND ITS SIZE TURNS ON A DATE KEA HAS NOT PUBLISHED: Rs.5,000 + Rs.5,000 to cancel after the second round but before the last date to enter Round-3 options, and after that date a further Rs.1,00,000 for medical, Rs.50,000 for dental or Rs.25,000 for AYUSH with no further rounds allowed — and KEA has not yet dated Round-3 option entry, so which band applies this week cannot be stated. Cancelling after the stray-vacancy option date, or surrendering after the stray round, additionally costs a year’s course fee and bars the candidate from UG counselling for three years. This site read the notice as a rendered scan on the 18th and read the portal row by hand the same day; the site now carries the cancellation window and an undated Round-3 stage. ⚠️ Nothing about Round-3 timing has been published — no schedule, no option entry, no result date — and this site carries none.

KEA published the list of MEDICAL seats left vacant after the second round, headed "UGNEET 2026 VACANT SEAT AFTER 2ND ROUND" on its own first page and listed on the UGNEET portal on 17 September. It is the pool a third round would be run against, and it lands the same day as the cancellation notice that says cancelled seats go to that third round. ⚠️ This site reproduces no figure from it — not a seat count, not a fee, not a total. It is a seat table (college code, college, category, course fee, seats), which this site transcribes only through its full verification pipeline and never off a watch run; the file’s text layer interleaves its columns badly enough that a number read straight out of it would be a guess wearing a source. The link is here so a candidate can open KEA’s own file.

KEA’s round schedule put the Round-1 MOCK allotment result after 6:00 PM on 17 September, and opened a window from 6:00 PM on the 17th to 11:00 AM on the 19th to change, reorder, delete or add options after seeing it. This site fetched the PGCET portal at about 1:30 PM on 18 September — some nineteen hours after the printed instant — and read its row labels by hand: there is no mock-result row, no result link, and nothing published on the portal dated 17 or 18 September apart from the M-Tech eligibility list. KEA has issued no extension and no explanation, and says it sends no individual intimation, so a candidate has to keep checking the portal. This site is not guessing whether the mock result, the option-change window or the provisional result of the 19th will move; it is recording that as of this read the mock result had not appeared. ⚠️ The 20 M-Tech eligibility PDFs that returned "not found" on the 17th are now served — all 20 were checked on the 18th. They are letters from each university to KEA listing which B.E/B.Tech branches are eligible for each of its M.Tech programmes. KEA has published the REVISED second provisional result for medical and dental — notice No. ED/KEA/Adalitha/CR-11/2026 dated 15 September, with new allotment lists for medical (598 pages) and dental (129), each headed "2nd ROUND SECOND PROVISIONAL SEAT ALLOTMENT LIST — PUBLISHED ON [15-09-2026]". This is the re-run the 10 September notice promised: the seats surrendered through Choice-4 by 14 September were pooled and the allotment run again on the options already submitted, so a seat on the 11 September list can have moved, upward included. Check the new list, not the old one. A candidate with a specific objection about the published result — KEA’s own examples are a cut-off rank to be checked, or options entered and no seat allotted — sends it to KEA’s e-mail, keauthority-ka@nic.in, before 9:00 AM on the 16th; the instant is printed at the head of every page of both lists. ⚠️ KEA says plainly that "I entered options but was not allotted a seat" is not an objection it will take, and that options cannot be changed at this stage. ⚠️ STILL PROVISIONAL. The Round-2 FINAL result follows once the objections are examined, and KEA has printed no date for it. Its eight rows, in KEA’s words: option entry from 11:00 AM on 11 September up to 9:00 AM on 17 September; the MOCK allotment result after 6:00 PM on the 17th; a window to change, reorder, delete or add options after seeing it, from 6:00 PM on the 17th to 11:00 AM on 19 September; the Round-1 real seat allotment PROVISIONAL result after 5:00 PM on the 19th; the FINAL result after 4:00 PM on 21 September; exercising choices, in consultation with parents, 22 to 24 September up to 5:30 PM; fee payment by Choice-1 and Choice-2 candidates and confirmation-slip download by Choice-1 candidates 22 to 25 September within banking days and hours; and the last date for Choice-1 candidates to report at the allotted college with all originals, 26 September before 5:30 PM. ⏰ KEA HAS PUT UP A SECOND "FIRST ROUND SCHEDULE" AND IS NOT SERVING THE FILE — and this site is telling you so rather than waiting, because option entry is open right now with no closing instant printed anywhere. A row dated 15/09/2026 and titled "PGCET-2026 first round schedule" appeared today at the very top of the PGCET portal, above the option-entry link and above the fee row. The document behind it returns 404 on every attempt — Kannada, English and with no language suffix, cache-busted, at about 3:45 PM. So this site does not know what it contains, and does not guess: not from its filename, not from its position, not from what a round-1 schedule usually dates. It is the second document of that title in five days; the first, No. ED/KEA/REC/CR-01/2026 of 10 September, dated exactly one thing — the Claim Slip download, which closed at 2:00 PM today. ⚠️ WHAT TO DO ABOUT IT: go to KEA's PGCET portal and try the top link yourself before assuming your option entry has time left. The identical thing happened to the PG fee order this month — listed on the 11th, 404 on the 11th, 12th and 13th, served on the 14th, 404 again today — so a link that fails now may well open tomorrow. This entry records that a document exists and could not be read. It is not a report of anything KEA has said.

The Claim Slip download window CLOSED at 2:00 PM on 15 September, the single instant KEA's Round-1 schedule of 10 September ever printed, with no extension published. ⚠️ OPTION ENTRY IS STILL OPEN AND STILL HAS NO PRINTED END. The portal was re-read at about 3:30 PM and the option-entry row is unchanged in every particular — same label "PGCET-2026 MTECH/M.ARCH/MBA/MCA first round Option Entry link 11-09-2026", same target, same position — so MBA, MCA, M.Tech and M.Arch candidates have now had a live window for five days against which KEA has never printed a closing date. Treat it as urgent. ⚠️ KEA has not said anywhere this site can find what happens to a candidate who has not downloaded a claim slip, and this page will not invent an answer. See the entry above for the schedule KEA listed today and is not serving, which is the obvious place such an answer would live.

Choice-4 on the Round-2 provisional result CLOSED at 5:00 PM on 14 September, on KEA's own printed instant and with no extension. The UGNEET portal was re-read at about 3:20 PM on 15 September and its row labels checked by hand — the read that matters, because a KEA window opens and shuts as a portal row rather than as a document: the exit row is still listed and still dated [11-09-2026], and nothing at all on that portal is dated later than 11 September. That absence is the evidence, and it is worth saying why it counts. KEA does announce extensions when it grants them — it extended the Round-2 option entry by 19½ hours under a dated notice carrying its own file number — and it published nothing of the kind here. ⏰ WHAT COMES NEXT HAS NO DATE, AND THAT IS THE HONEST STATE OF THIS TRACK. KEA now pools the medical and dental seats surrendered through Choice-4 and RE-RUNS the Round-2 allotment on the options already submitted, with no chance to change them, before publishing the FINAL Round-2 result — and it has announced no date for the re-run, the final result, or the fee payment and reporting schedule that follows. This site will print none until KEA does. A candidate who did nothing in Choice-4 is still in: an untouched provisional allotment can improve in the re-run without them lifting a finger.

⏰ PG FEES ARE NOT GOING UP THIS YEAR, and this lands while option entry is open. Government Order No. ED 219 TEC 2026, dated 7 September 2026 and signed by the Under Secretary, Higher Education (Technical Education), continues the 2025-26 tuition fee unchanged into 2026-27 for MBA, MCA, M.E. and M.Tech, and carries forward the seat-sharing and admission terms of GO ED 431 TEC 2023 of 30 December 2023. It was issued on a petition of 1 April 2026 from the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association asking for an INCREASE, which the Government declined, citing students' educational interest. That matters today rather than next month: MBA, MCA, M.Tech and M.Arch option entry is open right now with no closing instant printed anywhere, and a candidate ordering colleges is committing to two years of fees. ⚠️ KEA listed this row on its portal dated 11 September, but the file behind it returned 404 on the 11th, 12th and 13th and was only served on the 14th — so if you clicked it earlier in the week and got nothing, you were not doing it wrong. ⚠️ Note also that the row says 11 September and the order inside says 7 September; the date printed inside the document is the one this site uses. ⚠️ The order itself is two pages. The file KEA served on the 14th ran to 15 and the one it was replaced with on the 17th runs to 18, the extra pages being more college-wise fee annexures — and NOT ONE figure from any of them is reproduced here. A fee without its quota is not a fact — the same seat costs far more through management quota than through the KEA quota — so those tables go through this site's transcription pipeline or they do not go up at all. What is quoted above is the order's own operative sentence, which is a rule rather than a figure.

COMEDK has published the architecture vacant-seat list left after Round-4 decision making — 206 seats still unfilled, and at the moment nothing announced to fill them with. The document is dated inside its own header, "Architecture - Vacant Seats After Round 4 Decision Making. Notified on 13.09.2026", and runs to a single page: 22 rows spanning B.Arch, B.Design, B.Design (Interior Design) and B.Planning across 20 colleges. It is the architecture twin of the engineering vacancy list of 11 September and it changes no stage here, because a vacancy list is a count of what a closed round left behind, not a new window. ⚠️ READ IT AS A LEFTOVER, NOT AN OPPORTUNITY. Yesterday this site told M.Tech and M.Arch candidates, correctly, that they had no option entry link at all. The single Option Entry row at the top of the PGCET portal read "PGCET-2026 MBA/MCA ಮೊದಲ ಸುತ್ತಿನ Option Entry ಲಿಂಕ್ 11-09-2026" when it was read at 02:12 on 12 September; read again at about 11:30 AM on 13 September the same row reads "PGCET-2026 MTECH/M.ARCH/MBA/MCA ಮೊದಲ ಸುತ್ತಿನ Option Entry ಲಿಂಕ್ 11-09-2026". Everything else about it is identical — the same link, the same 11-09-2026 date stamp KEA put on it, the same position — and it is the only Option Entry row on the portal, so this is one row widened rather than a second link added. The link serves the Centralised Allotment Process option-entry login, whose version moved from 1.5.14 to 1.5.16 between the two reads. ⚠️ THERE IS NO DOCUMENT BEHIND THIS. KEA published no notification, did not re-date the row, and its Round-1 schedule of 10 September still dates exactly one thing — the Claim Slip download, closing 2:00 PM on 15 September. A correction to what this site has been telling you since 5 September. It said KEA had WITHDRAWN the 4 September Round-3 notification and the 42 provisional cut-off files published beside it — 43 documents, still listed on the portal, every one returning 404. That was wrong, and it was wrong in a way that mattered: the files are not gone, they come and go. All 43 flip between served and 404 together, as one block. This site has recorded ten readings of them since 5 September and they answered normally on five — including the whole of 11 September, when every one of the 43 served — and failed on five, including this morning. So a reader who followed one of those links on a bad hour was told by this page that the document no longer exists, when trying again a day later would have opened it. The links are unchanged and are still kept, per the rule here that a citation is never quietly dropped; what has changed is that the stages, the calendar and this changelog now say the files are served intermittently rather than taken down. If one fails, try it again later. ⚠️ The underlying uncertainty has not gone away: KEA reuses a fixed filename for this notification and overwrites it round after round, so nothing about the file can be inferred from its name, and the FINAL Round-3 result may yet replace it at the same URL.

Yesterday this site had to say it could not verify that the window had opened — the portal carried no entry link at either check. It does now: the top of KEA's UGNEET portal carries a row dated [11-09-2026] and titled, in KEA's own words, "link to EXIT from the KEA counselling process", and exiting KEA counselling is precisely and only what Choice-4 does. The link was fetched in the early hours of 12 September and serves the live Centralised Allotment Process login. ⚠️ Read carefully before selecting anything: KEA does not write the words "Choice-4" on that row, and the link points at the same general option-entry login several older rows point at, so sign in and read what the screen actually offers. ⚠️ Choice-4 is an exit, not an edit — options cannot be changed in this window. The candidate KEA wrote it for is the one holding a seat in BOTH the MCC and the KEA second rounds who wants to keep the MCC one; taking Choice-4 leaves KEA counselling for the year, with no further allotment, and a candidate who takes it and then takes admission nowhere is barred from later rounds. ⚠️ Doing nothing is not a forfeit: the surrendered seats are pooled and the round is re-run on the options already submitted, so an untouched provisional allotment can still be up-graded in the final result.

The PGCET portal carries a row dated 11-09-2026, "PGCET-2026 MBA/MCA first round Option Entry link"; it was fetched in the early hours of 12 September and serves the Centralised Allotment Process option-entry login, where a candidate signs in with the QR code, application number and CET number from the verification slip, takes an OTP by SMS, WhatsApp or e-mail and then passes face verification. ⚠️ KEA HAS PRINTED NO CLOSING INSTANT FOR IT. Its Round-1 schedule of 10 September, No. ED/KEA/REC/CR-01/2026, was re-read today and still dates exactly one row — the Claim Slip download, which closes at 2:00 PM on 15 September. So this site shows no deadline for option entry, because inventing one is the error it exists to avoid; check KEA's own portal, and do not assume the window is long. ⚠️ MBA and MCA only — there is no option entry link for M.Tech or M.Arch. ⚠️ And note what it is being entered against: the only seat matrix KEA has posted is the 8 September DRAFT, which was open to objections and which that same schedule said option entry would follow, not precede. Round-3 reporting at the allotted college CLOSED at 6:00 PM on 11 September, the instant KEA printed, with no extension published — the UGCET portal was re-read in the early hours of 12 September and carries 460 linked documents, none of them new for a fourth day. ⚠️ WITH THAT, THE WHOLE KCET TRACK HAS NO DATED STEP LEFT. KEA closed online allotment for engineering on 8 September and returned 24,283 engineering and 252 architecture seats to the colleges, so there is no Round 4 to wait for, and no casual-vacancy or mop-up round has been notified. That is the honest state of the track rather than a gap in this page: if a further round comes it will arrive as a fresh KEA notification, and it will appear here when it does. The same is now true of DCET and of COMEDK.

COMEDK has published the engineering vacant-seat list after Round-4 decision making, linking it from both its home page and its counselling-document page. ⚠️ It is a backfill, not a new round: the document is titled "Notified on 04.09.2026" and is only being linked now, and nothing on the COMEDK site announces a fifth round, a mop-up or a casual-vacancy round. Both Round-4 schedule tables were read by hand today and are unchanged, with no extension marked on either, so every COMEDK window remains closed. The list runs to 51 pages and gives, per college and per course, the seats left vacant — for example Acharya Institute of Technology, Soladevanahalli shows 32 and then 72 vacancies in Computer Science across its two listings. ⚠️ No figure from it is loaded anywhere on this site. Its text layer detaches values from their rows — the college name and its counts print in separate blocks — which is exactly the defect that reversed a fee table earlier this cycle, so transcribing it is a separate verified job and not a schedule edit.

Medical runs to 603 pages, dental to 129, and each row gives the All India Rank, the college and course allotted, the allotted category, the course fee and the candidate's status; there are no names or CET numbers in them. It ran late against KEA's own printed hour, which is worth knowing for next time: the files are generated-stamped 3:27 PM, the portal carried nothing at 2:05 PM, and the rows appeared about 4:10 PM. ⚠️ One warning worth more than the rest: do NOT use the portal's "2nd round seat allotment result link" as a shortcut. The only such link live is dated 17 August and is labelled ಅಣಕು — MOCK. It is not this result, and mistaking the two is the error that once had this site announce a result that did not exist. Use the allotment list itself. ⚠️ And this is PROVISIONAL, so a seat on it can still move: KEA pools the seats surrendered through Choice-4 and re-runs the round on the options already submitted before publishing the FINAL Round-2 result, with candidates considered for up-gradation to higher-order options — it can improve as well as change. ⚠️ No rank or fee from these lists is reproduced here: their text layer detaches values from their rows, which is how a fee table got reversed earlier this cycle, so transcribing them is a separate verified job and not a schedule edit.

⚠️ BDS candidates: clearing NEET is not by itself enough to hold a dental seat, and the National Dental Commission has just said so again — on the day KEA runs its Round-2 dental allotment. KEA posted the NDC's circular F.No. NDC/BDS(Gen)Admission-2026/DEB-406, dated 10 September, on its UGNEET portal at about 1:21 PM on the 11th. Quoting the Revised BDS Course Regulations (5th Amendment) 2012 in full, it restates that to be eligible for BDS a candidate must have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology AND English individually, must have scored at least 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology TAKEN TOGETHER in the qualifying examination, and must also appear in the NEET merit list. That aggregate is 40% for Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Other Backward Class candidates, and 45% for candidates with locomotory disability of the lower limbs. The NDC addressed it to the state counselling authorities of every state and says plainly that it is highlighting the rule "to avoid any possible lapses in this regard in the BDS admission process". Nothing here has changed — this is the rule as it already stood — but a candidate short of the PCB aggregate is not eligible for BDS however good the NEET percentile, and this is the moment it bites. ⚠️ Worth noting how it was found: its filename timestamp reads exactly like a result publication, which is why it was opened rather than filed by name.

Architecture Round-4 decision making and fee payment CLOSED at 12:00 noon, the instant COMEDK printed, with no extension — and COMEDK's own home-page banner is what confirms it rather than our clock: at 11:09 AM it read "B. Arch Round 4 Allotment, Decision Making and Fee Payment is live till 11 September, 12 Noon", and by 2:07 PM it read "B.Arch Round 4 last date of reporting to the allotted college is 11 September, 3 PM". The Round-4 schedule table is unchanged and marks no extension, which was worth checking because the engineering table does carry a "NOW EXTENDED TO" row. ⏰ Reporting at the allotted college is now the only COMEDK step left and closes at 3:00 PM today; after that this track has no dated step remaining. Only candidates with “Accept & Freeze” should report, and failing to join and continue at the allotted college forfeits the fee paid at COMEDK level and carries a penalty of five times that fee.

SUPERSEDED THE SAME AFTERNOON — kept as the record of the gap, not as a current statement; the result was listed at about 4:10 PM and the entry above is the live one. ⏰ At 2:05 PM, with KEA's own printed 2:00 PM already past, the Round-2 provisional result was NOT published: the newest thing on the portal was the dental eligibility circular, with no medical or dental allotment list. This site deliberately kept showing the result as "Next" rather than announce a publication nobody had seen, while moving its as-of date because the portal genuinely was read. KEA's printed hour has proved to be a floor rather than a promise before — the DCET Round-2 result this season was printed "after 6:00 PM" on 5 September and went up at about 9:20 PM. The two hours of daylight between the printed hour and the actual listing are exactly the gap a student needs told about, which is why the entry stays.

The notice is No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026, signed 10 September and posted on the portal the next morning — the third notice this cycle carrying that same file number, so it cannot be identified by its number and was read from the page. Two more windows come with it. Choice-4 runs 3:00 PM on 11 September to 5:00 PM on 14 September, and the case KEA writes it for is the candidate allotted a seat in BOTH the MCC and the KEA second rounds who wants the MCC one: selecting Choice-4 exits them from KEA counselling. Then, citing recent High Court orders and the interest of merit candidates in Round 2, KEA pools the surrendered UG medical seats and RE-RUNS the whole Round-2 allotment on the options already submitted — no chance to change them — before publishing the Round-2 FINAL result, with candidates in its own words "being considered for possible up-gradation to higher-order options seats". A provisional allotment can therefore improve in the re-run without the candidate doing anything, and the re-run itself carries no date. ⚠️ This site has NOT confirmed the result appeared: it was 11:10 AM when the portal was read. PGCET has a schedule for the first time this cycle — and it dates one thing only. KEA No. ED/KEA/REC/CR-01/2026, dated 10 September, is titled "PGCET-2026 MBA/MCA/ME/M.Tech/M.Arch first round seat allotment schedule", and the single bordered table inside prints exactly one row: Claim Slip download, from 11 September, closing at 2:00 PM on 15 September. Option entry, the allotment, fee payment and reporting are all still undated, so this site prints no date for them — a reader who went by the document's title rather than its table would have invented four windows KEA has not announced. What the body does add is the order of what remains: the Government's FINAL seat matrix "will be published on the Authority's website in the coming days", option entry is entered against that matrix rather than the draft published on 9 September, and the allotment then runs on merit by the roster method. The eligibility bar is restated with it — 50% aggregate across all subjects and all years of the qualifying degree, 45% for SC, ST and Category-I, and reservation claimable only by candidates of Karnataka origin — along with KEA's warning that holding a merit, rank or verification slip does not by itself make a candidate eligible. COMEDK quietly re-issued its engineering post-Round-4-decision vacancy list on 10 September, and changed one number in it. The file is still called "Notified on 04.09.2026" and still prints that date inside, but it now sits at a URL with an underscore where the old one had a hyphen, is 18 KB smaller, and is the only version COMEDK links — the 4 September file is still served at its old address, just no longer listed anywhere. Comparing the two page by page, the 51 pages are identical except for a single cell: The National Institute of Engineering North Campus, Koorgalli, Mysuru (E085), course CI — Computer Science & Engineering (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning) — went from 7 final vacant seats to 6. Nothing else moved, and no figure from this list is quoted on this site, so nothing here needed correcting. It is recorded because a vacancy list that changes without changing its notified date is the kind of thing a candidate cannot detect, and because the earlier citation is kept rather than swapped: the 4 September entry below still points at the 4 September file, which is what it describes.

COMEDK published "Architecture - Cut-off Ranks after Round 4 Allotment" and the matching post-allotment vacant-seat list, each headed "Notified on 09.09.2026" inside the document. Decision making and fee payment run to 12:00 noon on 11 September — comedk.org says so in its own voice, carrying the line "B. Arch Round 4 Allotment, Decision Making and Fee Payment is live till 11 September, 12 Noon" — and reporting at the allotted college closes three hours later, at 3:00 PM on the 11th, which this site now carries as its own countdown rather than a half-sentence in someone else’s note. A candidate holding "Accept & Upgrade" or "Reject & Upgrade" who is allotted a seat has only Accept & Freeze left; one allotted for the first time in Round 4 may Accept & Freeze or Reject & Withdraw; a "Reject & Upgrade" candidate allotted nothing leaves counselling with a refund. Engineering finished on 8 September.

PGCET has moved for the first time since the 19 August result: the DRAFT seat matrix for MBA, MCA and M.Tech/M.Arch is published. The author is the Government of Karnataka — notification No. ED 228 TEC 2026, dated 8 September, Higher Education (Technical Education) — with the matrix as a 144-page annexure, and KEA posted it on the PGCET portal on the 9th. It is a draft open to objection: any shortcoming, objection or suggestion may be sent within THREE DAYS, in writing to the Secretary, Higher Education Department, or by e-mail to ugseatmatrix2026@gmail.com, and the notification says objections after that will not be considered. Courses whose institution has not produced the Government NOC or affiliation order are withheld from this draft and will be considered for the FINAL matrix if it is produced. ⚠️ No seat count from it is quoted on this site: transcribing a seat matrix is a separate verified job, and option entry will be against the final matrix, not this one.

The second-round fee window closed at 5:00 PM on 9 September and reporting at the allotted college closes at 6:00 PM TODAY, 10 September — the last dated step on the DCET second round. Both instants are the ones KEA printed in the 02-09 schedule; the DCET portal was re-read on the morning of the 10th and carries nothing new, no extension and no third-round announcement. After the final result there is no choice: the 02-09 notification states candidates have no CHOICE options and may not refuse the allotted seat.

What follows is compulsory: pay the prescribed fee (unless already paid) between 8 and 10 September and download the seat confirmation slip — the payment link went up on the portal on 8 September — and take admission at the college by 6:00 PM on 11 September. KEA states seat-cancellation requests will not be entertained for any reason and that legal action follows a candidate who does not take admission. ⚠️ KEA prints a closing DATE for the fee, not an hour; earlier windows shut at 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM, so do not leave it to the evening of the 10th. The DCET portal links the second-round FINAL result (row dated 05-09-2026 on the index, against KEA’s printed schedule of 6 September after 6:00 PM; the result is behind the candidate login) and, from 7 September, the fee-payment and confirmation-slip link. Fee payment and slip download run to 5:00 PM on 9 September; admission at the allotted college must be taken by 6:00 PM on 10 September. After the final result there is no choice: the 02-09 notification states candidates have no CHOICE options and may not refuse the allotted seat. A fee already paid in the earlier round is adjusted against this one.

Three groups may take part — Round-1 Choice-2 and Choice-3 holders, anyone allotted no seat in Round 1, and UGCET candidates who took Choice-4 after the UGCET Round-2 allotment whose option list holds medical or dental options. ⚠️ Everything after that is undated on purpose: the provisional result, Choice-4, the final result and reporting each print only that the date will be announced later, so this site prints no date for them either. Two rules worth reading before entering options: seats can be cancelled or added while the window runs, and a college with no vacancy in the seat matrix is still worth keeping, because a Round-1 Choice-2 seat falls vacant the instant its holder is upgraded and is allotted inside the same round. After the FINAL result there is no Choice-4 — admission is compulsory and an upgrade is taken by logging in at Round 3. DCET Round-2 PROVISIONAL seat allotment published, for engineering and architecture lateral entry. KEA’s printed hour was “after 6:00 PM” on 5 September and the files went up at about 9:20 PM, which is why this site said for most of a day that the result had not appeared — it had. The result itself sits behind the candidate login on KEA’s DCET option-entry portal; the provisional allotment CUT-OFF RANKS were published openly beside it in four files, engineering and architecture in a Rest-of-Karnataka and a Kalyana-Karnataka edition each, every page footed “Generated on: 05-09-2026”. ⚠️ It is provisional and the seat on it can still move: the FINAL Round-2 result is due after 6:00 PM on 6 September, after which no choice remains — fee payment 7 September 11:00 AM to 9 September 5:00 PM, reporting at the allotted college by 6:00 PM on 10 September. The cut-off ranks themselves are not yet loaded into this site’s cut-off pages; that needs the full transcription pipeline, not a schedule edit.

UGCET Round-3 PROVISIONAL seat allotment published — engineering, architecture, veterinary, farm sciences, pharmacy, B.Sc Nursing, yoga & naturopathy, BPT, BPO and allied health sciences — and with it a rule change: CHOICE-4 is offered in Round 3 for the first time, until 5:00 PM on 5 September. It is only for candidates allotted for the first time in this round, and taking it means leaving UGCET counselling for the year; a candidate who reported against a Round-2 seat and entered Round 3 for an upgrade may NOT give Choice-4 and must take the seat allotted. KEA will then pool the surrendered seats, re-run the round on the options already entered — no option change — and publish the FINAL Round-3 result, which carries no date yet. Round-3 provisional cut-off ranks were published the same day, 42 files, course code by course code. ⚠️ Added 5 Sep, 8:15 PM: KEA has taken all 43 of those documents down — this notification included. They are still listed on its portal and every one returns 404. The link is kept, unbroken and uncorrected, because the rule here is to say a document is no longer served rather than to quietly drop the citation. ⚠️ Corrected 12 Sep: that was not a withdrawal. All 43 files come and go together, and have flipped between served and 404 at least four times since — see the 12 September entry above.

Government Order ED 106 DTE 2026 directs KEA to fill the lateral-entry seats that professional institutions have surrendered to Government through the SECOND round of counselling — the round whose option entry closes at 1:00 PM on 5 September. The seats are first-year B.E./B.Tech places left vacant in 2025-26, now offered to D-CET candidates for 2026-27. The pool therefore grew after the round opened: an option list saved before 4 September was built against a smaller matrix. KEA published the provisional management-surrender seat matrix, and a separate special-category table, the same day.

Engineering vacant seats after Round-4 decision making notified — the seats still unfilled once COMEDK’s last engineering round closed its fee window on 3 September. It opens nothing: there is no engineering Round 5, and a candidate not allotted in Round 4 is out of COMEDK counselling with the COMEDK fee refunded. Reporting at the allotted college still runs to 3:00 PM on 8 September. Architecture, a round behind, has its Round-4 choice filling from 7 September.

UGNEET Round-1 PROVISIONAL seat allotment published for medical and dental — 11,874 MBBS and 2,689 BDS seats. ⚠️ It is provisional and KEA says plainly that a candidate shall NOT report to the allotted college on it. Objections on a specific result (cut-off checked, options entered but no seat allotted) go to keauthority-ka@nic.in before 4:00 PM on 24 August. A seat missed because options were never entered is NOT grounds for an objection, and options cannot be changed at this stage. The FINAL Round-1 result follows after those objections are verified, so any rank read off this list can still move.

UGCET Round-2 MOCK allotment result published after 4:00 PM — a rehearsal, not the real allotment, and no admission can be taken on a seat it shows. The part that matters: options REOPENED. Until 9:00 AM on 20 August you may add, delete, reorder or modify your list, and the real allotment runs on whatever stands at that deadline, so a mock-allotted seat may or may not survive it. College-, course- and category-wise cut-off ranks for the mock round were published alongside. The real Round-2 result is undated — KEA says only that it follows later.

UGNEET Round-1 MOCK allotment for medical and dental published under the same joint notification as UGCET Round 2 — the two were merged into one allotment, and MCC’s AIQ schedule is why a mock round exists. Eligible candidates may enter or change medical and dental options until 9:00 AM on 20 August. The real Round-1 result carries no date yet.

KEA's separate B.Pharm / Pharm-D fee structure for 2026-27 (published 10-08-2026) is now on the site: government B.Pharm falls to ₹13,530 from ₹14,030, un-aided stays ₹28,600, Pharm-D stays ₹73,700. The site had been showing 2025-26 pharmacy fees because the main 4-page sheet carries no pharmacy page.
