    The window closed 9:00 AM, 20 August, as scheduled — both portals were re-read at 11:20 PM IST that night and carried no extension notice, nor anything dated 20 August at all. Until it closed, candidates who had seen where the mock landed them could add options, delete unwanted ones, change their order or modify them, and eligible candidates could enter medical and dental options. The real Round-2 allotment runs on whatever list stood at that deadline, NOT on the one the mock used.

    Published 23 August under joint notice No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-04/2026, covering engineering, architecture, yoga & naturopathy, farm sciences, veterinary, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharma, Pharm-D, BPT, BPO and allied health sciences. ⚠️ It is PROVISIONAL: KEA states a candidate must NOT report to the college shown on it, and options cannot be changed at this stage. After the final result, UGCET courses get CHOICE-1 or CHOICE-4 only — Choice-2 and Choice-3 are not available in Round 2. Choice-1 candidates who pay and report may still join Round 3 subject to conditions, per the same notification.

    Narrow, and worth reading precisely: an objection is for a candidate whose cut-off was checked and whose options were entered but who was allotted no seat. It goes to keauthority-ka@nic.in before 4:00 PM on 24 August. A seat missed because options were never entered is NOT grounds for one, and no objection reopens the option list.

    KEA’s 27 August note states the final Round-2 result was announced on 24 August 2026 — engineering, architecture, yoga & naturopathy, farm sciences, veterinary, B.Sc Nursing, B.Pharma, Pharm-D, BPT, BPO and allied health sciences. ⚠️ This stage carried an undated placeholder for six days after the result had in fact published — the same hand-set-staleness failure the note above this list describes, arriving from the other direction.

    KEA’s own heading calls this the “Third Round UnAllotted & Cancelled Provisional Seat Matrix as on 31-08-2026” — 29,236 seats across 242 colleges — seats nobody holds going into Round 3, including seats given up by candidates who cancelled. This is the list to build a Round-3 preference order against, and it is NOT the 7 August vacancy list further up this page, which was the pool for Round 2.

    ⚠️ Options entered in the earlier rounds are NOT carried over — KEA prints this in red, and a candidate who does not re-enter is simply not in the round. Two windows, one deadline: a candidate not allotted in Round 2, or who cancelled after paying the penalty, enters from 6:00 PM on 31 August; a candidate who already joined a college and wants an upgrade enters from 11:00 AM on 2 September. Both shut at 6:00 PM on 3 September.

  20. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆRound-3 PROVISIONAL allotment result — 4 September 2026 ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    Allotment run on merit against the options entered by 6:00 PM on 3 September, and published on 4 September for engineering, architecture, veterinary, farm sciences, pharmacy, B.Sc Nursing, yoga & naturopathy, BPT, BPO and allied health sciences. ⚠️ It is PROVISIONAL — the seat on it can still move, because KEA will re-run the round once the Choice-4 exits below are known. ⚠️ The notification comes and goes on KEA’s portal. It is still listed there, along with all 42 Round-3 provisional cut-off files published beside it, but the files answer only some of the time — all 43 have flipped between served and 404 together, as one block, on at least four separate occasions since 5 September; they answered normally on 11 September and were 404 again on the morning of the 12th. If the link fails, it is worth trying again later rather than treating the document as gone. We read and quoted it on 5 September while it was served, and the link is kept rather than deleted so the source of every statement here stays checkable.

  21. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆCHOICE-4 on the provisional Round-3 result — offered in Round 3 for the first time, and not to everyone — 4 Sep → 5 Sep 5:00 PM ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ

    ⚠️ Only for candidates allotted a seat for the FIRST time in Round 3. Such a candidate who does not want the provisionally allotted seat may log in, select Choice-4, and leave this year’s UGCET counselling. A candidate who reported against a Round-2 seat and entered Round 3 for an upgrade is NOT permitted to give Choice-4 and must compulsorily take admission to the seat allotted. Choosing nothing is not neutral: after the final result there is no reason KEA will accept for not reporting, and cancelling an engineering seat then costs the government fee PLUS a five-times penalty, with seat-blocking referred for legal action. ⚠️ The notification this stage cites is served only intermittently by KEA, and has been since the evening of 5 September, after the window had already closed. It is still listed on the portal; if it returns 404, try again later.

  22. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆFINAL Round-3 allotment result, after the Choice-4 seats are re-allotted — 7 September 2026 ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    Published 7 September under No. ED/KEA/UGCET/ADALITHA-04/2026: the seats of candidates who took Choice-4 after the 4 September provisional result were withdrawn, the allotment re-run, and the final result published for engineering, architecture, veterinary, agricultural sciences, pharmacy, B.Sc Nursing, yoga & naturopathy, BPT, BPO and allied health science courses. The result is behind the candidate login on KEA’s portal; the notice is a one-page Kannada scan. What follows it is compulsory — see the two stages below.

  23. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆRound-3 fee payment and seat confirmation slip download — 8 Sep → 10 Sep 2026 (no closing hour printed) ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ

    CLOSED. KEA printed 10 September as the closing date and no hour, and published no extension — the UGCET portal was re-read on the morning of the 11th and carried nothing new. The payment and confirmation-slip link had gone up on 8 September. A candidate who paid in an earlier round had it carried across rather than paying again. ⚠️ The seat confirmation slip downloaded here is what has to be produced at the college, and reporting is the stage below.

  24. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆReport at the allotted college — compulsory after the FINAL Round-3 result — closed 11 September 2026, 6:00 PM ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ

    CLOSED at 6:00 PM on 11 September, and it was the last dated step on the UGCET third round. The 07-09 notice: candidates allotted a seat in the FINAL third-round result had to take admission at the college by that instant, with the fee paid and the seat confirmation slip downloaded. KEA published no extension — the UGCET portal was re-read on the mornings of the 11th and the 12th and carried 460 linked documents both times, none of them new. Requests for seat cancellation were not to be entertained for any reason, and KEA stated that legal action follows against a candidate who does not take admission. ⚠️ With this shut, the UGCET track has no future dated stage at all: KEA closed online allotment for engineering on 8 September, so there is no Round 4 to wait for and no casual-vacancy round has been notified.

  25. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆAfter the FINAL Round-3 result there is no choice left, and cancelling costs five times the fee — in force from 7 September 2026 ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    KEA states that once the third-round result is declared a candidate may not choose any option and must compulsorily take admission in the allotted seat; and that under CET-2006 rule 10(4) cancelling an engineering seat after the third round means paying the government fee PLUS a penalty of five times that fee to KEA. Narrower than it reads: the 4 September notice does offer Choice-4 on the PROVISIONAL result above — this is the position after the FINAL one. Two groups could not participate in the round at all: anyone who selected no choice after Round 2, and anyone who chose Choice-4 then — though such a candidate whose option list contains medical or dental options re-enters at UGNEET Round 2. KEA says the post-allotment schedule follows separately.

    No. ED/KEA/ADALITHA/C.R.04(BHA)/2026, dated 08-09-2026: the first, second and third rounds of online seat allotment for the Government-quota engineering seats were concluded on 7 September, and the seats still unallotted after the final round — 24,283 engineering and 252 architecture — are being returned to the respective colleges under the consensual agreement with the private-college associations (KUPECA, KRLMPCA, AMPCK) and AICTE’s last date for admissions. ⚠️ There is no fourth KEA round for these seats: a candidate without an allotment now deals with the college directly. The college-wise list is published on the KEA portal — two files, linked there on 8 September and confirmed live on the 10th: engineering (engineering_un_allotted_seatskannada.pdf) and architecture (architecture_un_allotted_seatskannada.pdf). The counts inside them are not loaded into this site’s seat-matrix pages yet.

UGCET Round-2 and UGNEET Round-1 allotments run SIMULTANEOUSLY this cycle (MCC’s national schedule forced the sync) — one joint KEA notification governs both.

Only candidates with “Accept & Freeze” were to report, and strictly within the printed times: COMEDK warned that a candidate outside them may lose the allotted seat. Failing to join and continue at the allotted college forfeits the whole fee paid at COMEDK level and carries a penalty of five times that fee. ⚠️ This was the last dated step in COMEDK counselling for 2026 — engineering has no Round 5 and architecture has finished Round 4. Anything further would be a fresh COMEDK notification.

All four choices (1–4) are available after the FINAL Round-1 result, per the notification. This choice decides whether a candidate keeps, upgrades or exits the allotted seat — and a candidate who exercises no suitable Choice is treated as Choice-4, which ends their counselling: no later round is open to them.

Seats can still be cancelled or added while the option window runs.

    CLOSED at 9:30 AM on 10 September. KEA had EXTENDED it from the 2:00 PM on 9 September that the Round-2 schedule printed, under a notice dated 09-09-2026 carrying the same file number, No. ED/KEA/ADMN/CR-11/2026 — so a candidate who went by the original schedule had an extra 19½ hours. The window was for changing, modifying or removing medical and dental options in order of preference, and entering options was not enough: the notice required a candidate to log in and SAVE the list before the closing instant. It also opened options for Bagalkote Medical College and Research, Bagalkote, a NEW government college whose seat matrix the Government issued on 7 September. The allotment now runs on the lists saved before 9:30 AM — KEA has announced no date for the Round-2 provisional result, and this site will print none until it does.

  22. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆRound-2 PROVISIONAL allotment result — 11 September 2026 ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    PUBLISHED. KEA has released the second-round PROVISIONAL seat allotment lists for medical and dental, both headed "PUBLISHED ON [11-09-2026]", allotted on merit from the options saved before the window shut at 9:30 AM on 10 September. The medical list runs to 603 pages and the dental to 129, and each row carries the All India Rank, the college and course allotted, the category, the course fee and the candidate's status — there are no names or CET numbers in them. It came later than KEA's printed hour: the files are generated-stamped 3:27 PM, the portal still had nothing at 2:05 PM, and the rows went up around 4:10 PM. ⚠️ Do NOT use the portal's "2nd round seat allotment result link" as a shortcut to it — the only such link live is dated 17 August and is the MOCK one (ಅಣಕು). Use the allotment list linked here. ⚠️ This is PROVISIONAL and your seat can still move: KEA pools the seats surrendered through Choice-4 and RE-RUNS the round on the options already submitted before publishing the Round-2 final result, considering candidates for up-gradation to higher-order options — so a seat can improve as well as change. ⚠️ BDS candidates: a National Dental Commission circular KEA posted the same day restates that the NEET percentile is not enough on its own — BDS also needs 50% in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Biotechnology taken together in the qualifying exam, 40% for SC, ST and OBC, and 45% with locomotory disability of the lower limbs. ⚠️ No rank or fee from these lists is reproduced on this site: their text layer detaches values from their rows, and transcribing that safely is a separate verified job.

    CLOSED at 5:00 PM on 14 September, on KEA’s own printed instant and with no extension. The UGNEET portal was re-read at about 3:20 PM on 15 September and its row labels checked by hand: the exit row is still listed and still dated [11-09-2026], and nothing on that portal is dated later than 11 September — no extension notice, no Round-2 final result, no new schedule. That absence is the point, because KEA does announce extensions when it grants them: it extended the Round-2 option entry by 19½ hours under a dated notice, and published nothing of the kind here. ⚠️ WHAT HAPPENS NEXT IS NOT DATED. KEA now pools the seats surrendered through Choice-4 and RE-RUNS the Round-2 allotment on the options already submitted before publishing the FINAL Round-2 result, and it has announced no date for that — this site will print none until it does. For the record of what the window was: KEA’s UGNEET portal did not carry an entry link at either check on the 11th; in the early hours of the 12th the top of that portal carried a link dated [11-09-2026] and titled, in KEA’s own words, "link to EXIT from the KEA counselling process" — which is exactly and only what Choice-4 does. It was never captioned "Choice-4", and it pointed at the same general CAP option-entry login as several older rows, which is why this page kept telling candidates to log in and read what the screen offered rather than trust the caption. The case the 10 September notice is written for is the candidate allotted a seat in BOTH the MCC and the KEA second rounds who wants to take the MCC seat — selecting Choice-4 exits them from KEA counselling. The wider Choice-4 rule from the 6 September schedule still stands beside it: a candidate who takes Choice-4 leaves UGNEET counselling for the year and is not considered for allotment again, and one who takes Choice-4 and then takes no admission anywhere is barred from later rounds, with KEA saying it will recommend the same to MCC. ⚠️ Options could not be changed in this window — it offered an exit, not an edit. Doing nothing kept a candidate in, and that is still the position now it has shut: the seats surrendered here are pooled and the round is re-run on the options already submitted, so an untouched allotment can still improve.

KEA has re-run the Round-2 allotment counting the medical and dental seats surrendered through Choice-4, and published the revised second provisional result on 15 September — notice No. ED/KEA/Adalitha/CR-11/2026 dated 15-09-2026, with new medical and dental allotment lists each headed "2nd ROUND SECOND PROVISIONAL SEAT ALLOTMENT LIST — PUBLISHED ON [15-09-2026]" (medical 598 pages, dental 129). This is the list to check now; the 11 September lists are superseded by it. ⏰ OBJECTIONS CLOSE AT 9:00 AM ON 16 SEPTEMBER. A candidate with a specific objection about the published result — KEA’s own examples are a cut-off rank that should be checked, or options that were entered and no seat allotted — sends it to KEA’s e-mail, keauthority-ka@nic.in, before that instant; the same address and instant are printed at the head of every page of both lists. ⚠️ KEA says in the same breath that "I entered options but was not allotted a seat" is not an objection it will entertain, and that options CANNOT be changed at this stage. ⚠️ Still provisional: after examining the objections KEA publishes the Round-2 FINAL result, for which it has printed no date — see the next stage. ⚠️ No rank, college or fee from either list is reproduced on this site; read the list itself for your All India Rank.

KEA examined the objections received by 9:00 AM that morning on the revised provisional result of 15 September, and this is the result that followed. It supersedes both provisional lists: this is the list a candidate acts on. After the final result only Choice-1 exists — there is no Choice-4, admission to the allotted seat is compulsory, and a candidate wanting an upgrade takes it by logging in at Round 3. ⚠️ No rank, college or fee from either list is reproduced on this site; read the list itself for your All India Rank.

The newest row on that index is still the seat-cancellation link and the post-Round-2 vacant medical seat list of 17-09-2026, unchanged in text and position, and the index carries nothing dated 18 to 22 September. Both clocks on this stage have now run out: fee payment ran 16–19 September within BANKING HOURS, and reporting at the allotted college with the seat confirmation slip closed at 5:00 PM on 21 September. Admission was compulsory for a candidate allotted a seat in the Round-2 final result, and KEA had directed every participating college to work on all holidays for the window. ⚠️ A candidate who has missed it should contact KEA directly — this site will not guess what remedy, if any, exists, because KEA has published none. ⚠️ The separate window for a candidate who did NOT want the allotted seat shut earlier still, at 5:00 PM on 20 September; see the cancellation stage below. ⚠️ Nothing has been published since: KEA confirms a third round in writing but has still issued no schedule, no option-entry window and no result date for it — see the stage below.

For the record of the window that has shut: it was only for a candidate who did NOT want the KEA seat allotted in the Round-2 final result — typically because an MCC seat or a seat in another state has come through. KEA opened this after candidates asked to cancel once the final result was out on 16 September. It ran from 4:00 PM on 17 September to 5:00 PM on 20 September, through the seat-cancellation link KEA put at the top of its UGNEET portal dated 17-09-2026. KEA states that seats cancelled this way are considered for the THIRD round, and that a candidate who cancels a medical or dental seat this way may, if interested, take part in the third round of medical and dental courses (conditions apply). ⚠️ CANCELLING COSTS MONEY, AND HOW MUCH DEPENDS ON A DATE KEA HAS NOT YET PUBLISHED. Cancelling after the second round but before the last date to enter Round-3 options is Rs.5,000 + Rs.5,000. Cancelling after that date but before the last date for stray-vacancy options is Rs.5,000 + Rs.5,000 and a further Rs.1,00,000 for medical, Rs.50,000 for dental or Rs.25,000 for AYUSH — and that candidate is not eligible for further rounds. Cancelling after the stray-vacancy option date, or surrendering after the stray round, adds one year’s course fee on top and bars the candidate from UG counselling for three years.     A third round WILL run: KEA says so in its 17 September cancellation notice, which states that seats cancelled in the current window are considered for the third round and that candidates who cancel may take part in it. On the same day KEA published a list of the medical seats left vacant after the second round — the pool a third round would be run against. ⚠️ Nothing about its timing has been published: no schedule notification, no option-entry window, no result date. That gap matters right now, because the cancellation penalty above steps up at "the last date to enter the options for the 3rd round" — a date KEA has not yet set. This site will carry the schedule when KEA issues it, and until then carries no invented date. The vacant-seat list itself is a seat table; its figures are not transcribed here.

    Government Order No. ED 106 DTE 2026: seats that stayed vacant in first-year B.E./B.Tech in 2025-26 have been surrendered by the institutions to Government, to be filled in 2026-27 by lateral entry from D-CET candidates. The order directs KEA to publish them and fill them through the SECOND round — the round open now — so the option list is worth re-opening and re-saving before the window shuts. KEA posted the provisional surrender seat matrix, and a separate special-category table, on the DCET portal the same day.

The result itself is behind the candidate login on KEA’s DCET option-entry portal; what KEA published openly beside it is the provisional allotment cut-off ranks, in four files — engineering and architecture, each in a Rest-of-Karnataka and a Kalyana-Karnataka edition. The engineering one is cited here; all four are linked from the DCET portal at the top of this track. ⚠️ It is PROVISIONAL: the seat on it can still move, and the FINAL result below is the one that binds.

    Fees are not going up this year. Government Order No. ED 219 TEC 2026, dated 7 September 2026 and signed by the Under Secretary, Higher Education (Technical Education), continues the tuition fee already in force unchanged into 2026-27 for MBA, MCA, M.E. and M.Tech, and carries forward the seat-sharing and admission terms of GO ED 431 TEC 2023 of 30 December 2023. It was issued on a petition of 1 April 2026 from the Karnataka Private Post Graduate Colleges Association asking for an increase, which the Government declined, citing students' educational interest. ⏰ This is worth knowing TODAY, because option entry is open now and a candidate ordering colleges is choosing what to pay for two years. ⚠️ KEA HAS ALREADY REPLACED THIS FILE ONCE. The row was listed on 11 September, the file behind it returned 404 on the 11th, 12th and 13th, was served on the 14th, and on the 17th KEA swapped it for a longer one under a different name. The link above is the file KEA serves today, and every sentence above was re-read inside it on 19 September — a citation is not moved onto a new filename on trust. ⚠️ The per-college fee tables inside it are deliberately NOT reproduced on this site: a fee means nothing without the quota it belongs to, and a KEA-quota fee is not "the college's fee" — the same seat costs far more through management quota. Read the order itself for your college, or wait for those tables to be transcribed here properly.

    The first movement on this track since the 19 August result, and the step option entry and allotment wait on. Government of Karnataka notification No. ED 228 TEC 2026, dated 8 September, publishes the draft 2026-27 seat matrix for postgraduate MBA, MCA and M.Tech/M.Arch courses as a 144-page annexure, and KEA has posted it. It is a DRAFT: the Government invites any shortcoming, objection or suggestion from the public or from institutions WITHIN THREE DAYS — in writing to the Secretary, Higher Education Department, 2nd Gate, 6th Floor, M.S. Building, Bengaluru, or by e-mail to ugseatmatrix2026@gmail.com — and states that objections after that will not be considered. Courses whose institution has not produced the Government NOC or affiliation order are withheld from this draft and will be taken into the FINAL matrix if it is produced. ⚠️ No seat count from it is quoted on this site yet: transcribing a seat matrix is a separate, verified job, and the figures a candidate plans against are the ones in the final matrix, not this one.

  9. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆRound-1 schedule notified — Claim Slip download window — 11 Sep → 15 Sep 2:00 PM ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ ಕ್ಯಾಲೆಂಡರ್‌ಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಿ

    CLOSED at 2:00 PM on 15 September, the instant KEA printed, with no extension published — and the second Round-1 schedule KEA listed that day, which this site could not read until the early hours of the 16th, does not extend it either: that document does not mention the claim slip at all. What it does date is the round itself, starting with the close of option entry at 9:00 AM on 17 September; see the next stage. For the record of the window that has shut: KEA No. ED/KEA/REC/CR-01/2026, dated 10 September and posted that evening, printed exactly one dated row — the Claim Slip could be downloaded from 11 September and the window closed at 2:00 PM on 15 September. ⚠️ What a candidate who never downloaded a slip should do now, KEA has not said anywhere this site can find, and this page will not invent an answer. The same page repeats the eligibility bar, which still governs the allotment even though the slip window has shut: 50% aggregate across all subjects and all years of the qualifying degree, 45% for SC, ST and Category-I, and reservation claimable only by candidates of Karnataka origin. KEA also states that merely holding a merit, rank or verification slip does not by itself make a candidate eligible for the seat-selection process.

    ✅ RESOLVED ON 20 SEPTEMBER, AND THE ANSWER CHANGES WHAT YOU SHOULD DO THIS WEEK: the mock result DID come, and KEA has REOPENED option entry to 11:00 AM on 22 September. See the two stages below. For two days this site reported that the mock allotment had not appeared, and that was true at every hour it was checked — the file behind KEA’s mock-result row is stamped 19 September, 14:42, about fifty minutes after the 19th’s read at 1:50 PM. So the mock ran two days and three hours behind its printed instant and landed just past the check that would have caught it. ⚠️ THE OPTION-CHANGE WINDOW PRINTED IN THE ROUND SCHEDULE — 6:00 PM on the 17th to 11:00 AM on the 19th — EXPIRED UNUSED, with nothing to verify against for its whole length; KEA replaced it rather than extending it, in No. ED/KEA/PGCET/2026 of 19-09-2026. Nobody who missed it has lost anything: the new window is open to every eligible candidate, including one who has entered no options at all. For the record of the window that has shut: CLOSED at 9:00 AM on 17 September, on KEA’s own printed instant and with no extension: the PGCET portal was re-read at about 1:00 PM that day, carries no extension notice, and its option-entry row is unchanged in label, link and position. The window ran "from 11.00 am on 11-09-2026 upto 17-09-2026 - 09.00 am" under KEA’s round schedule No. ED/KEA/ADMN/PGCET/2026, dated 10 September, listed on the portal on the 15th and served on the 16th. ⏰ OPTIONS ARE STILL NOT FROZEN — see the reopened window below. The rest of the round as KEA printed it on 10 September, kept here as the record it is and NOT as a live timetable: the MOCK allotment result after 6:00 PM on 17 September (it came on the 19th at 2:42 PM); a window to change, reorder, delete or add options after seeing it, from 6:00 PM on 17 September to 11:00 AM on 19 September (expired unused, and replaced by the 22 September window below); the Round-1 real seat allotment PROVISIONAL result after 5:00 PM on 19 September (it did not appear, and cannot now precede the option window that feeds it); the FINAL result after 4:00 PM on 21 September; exercising choices, in consultation with parents, 22 to 24 September up to 5:30 PM; fee payment by Choice-1 and Choice-2 candidates and confirmation-slip download by Choice-1 candidates 22 to 25 September within banking working days and hours; and the last date for Choice-1 candidates to report at the allotted college with all originals, 26 September before 5:30 PM. KEA adds that no individual intimation will be sent and that candidates should keep visiting its website. ⚠️ Whether a candidate who entered no options before 9:00 AM can enter them in the option-change window, the schedule does not say, and this site does not guess. ⚠️ On 17 September KEA also listed a new row at the very top of the PGCET portal, titled "PGCET - 2026 M-Tech ಅರ್ಹತಾ ಕೋರ್ಸ್‌ಗಳ ಪಟ್ಟಿ" (literally, a list of M-Tech eligibility courses) and dated [17-09-2026], with a file for each of 20 universities. Every one of them returned "not found" on the 17th; they began serving on the 18th. They are letters from each university to KEA setting out, for each M.Tech programme it offers, which B.E/B.Tech branches are eligible to apply — which is exactly what an M.Tech candidate needs before ordering options. ⚠️ BUT CHECK THE YEAR ON THE ONE YOU OPEN: they are not all the same vintage. Adichunchanagiri University’s letter is referenced 2026-27 and dated 16.09.2026, while the University of Visvesvaraya College of Engineering’s is headed "for the year 2025-26" and dated 13.06.2025 — last year’s letter, in this year’s list, which makes it reference only and not a statement of what that university will accept for 2026-27. This site quotes no branch list from them: 20 university letters of mixed years is transcription work, not watch work, and getting one branch wrong would cost a candidate a seat. For the record of the window that has shut: it covered all four courses. KEA re-titled the row in place on 13 September from MBA/MCA to "PGCET-2026 MTECH/M.ARCH/MBA/MCA ಮೊದಲ ಸುತ್ತಿನ Option Entry ಲಿಂಕ್ 11-09-2026", with no notification announcing the widening, and the link served the Centralised Allotment Process option-entry login — QR code, application number and CET number from the verification slip, an OTP, then face verification. The claim slip had to be downloaded first, and that window shut at 2:00 PM on 15 September with no extension.

  11. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆGovernment’s FINAL seat matrix — 17 September 2026 (posted by KEA on the 18th) ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    PUBLISHED — and it arrived before the option-change window shut, which was the open question here for eleven days. Government of Karnataka notification No. ED 228 TEC 2026, dated 17 September and signed by the Under Secretary, Higher Education Department (Technical Education), publishes the FINAL 2026-27 seat matrix for postgraduate MBA, MCA and M.Tech/M.Arch courses; KEA posted it on the PGCET portal at about 7:36 PM on 18 September. It supersedes the 8 September DRAFT: the notification records that the objections invited from institutions and the public within three days have been considered under the rules, and it directs KEA to allot seats against this matrix through the online counselling process. ⚠️ READ THE HEADING ON THE SHEET YOU OPEN. The covering order calls this the FINAL matrix; every one of the six annexure sheets is headed "1ST ROUND PROVISIONAL". Both are accurate and they mean different things — the Government’s approval of the intake is final, while the matrix published for Round 1 is the round’s opening stock, before cancellations and vacancies move it. It comes in six files: MBA, MCA and M.Tech for the general pool (14, 9 and 17 pages) and the same three for SPECIAL CATEGORY (16, 10 and 13 pages). ⚠️ No seat count from any of them is quoted on this site: transcribing a seat matrix is a separate, verified job, and quoting one college’s figure wrongly would cost somebody a seat. Open the sheet for your own course and college code. For reference, and NOT a prediction: in 2025 the Round-1 seat matrix appeared on 24 September, so this year’s is six days earlier in the calendar — the 2026 cycle may still run to a different schedule in every other respect.

  12. ಮುಗಿದಿದೆRound-1 MOCK seat allotment result — 19 September 2026, ~2:42 PM (KEA had scheduled it for the 17th) ಅಧಿಕೃತ ಮೂಲ

    PUBLISHED — KEA No. ED/KEA/PGCET/2026, dated 19 September and signed by the Executive Director, with a result link live on the PGCET portal labelled 19-09-2026. It ran two days and three hours past the "after 6:00 PM on 17 September" its own round schedule printed, and no notice explains the delay. ⚠️ A MOCK IS NOT AN ALLOTMENT. KEA calls it "only an indicative" allotment: the seat it shows may or may not be the seat the real allotment gives you, because every other candidate is revising options after seeing theirs. No college can admit anybody on it. Its purpose is to let you revise, update, add or drop options before the real round — which is exactly what the reopened window below is for. ⚠️ KEA also published six MOCK CUT-OFF RANK tables alongside it, one each for MBA, MCA and M.Tech in the general and Hyderabad-Karnataka pools. This site reproduces no rank from them: they are mock figures, not this year’s real closing ranks, and reading a seat off them would be the worst kind of wrong. Open KEA’s own file for your course.

    CLOSED at 11:00 AM on 22 September, on KEA’s own printed instant and with no extension: this site fetched the PGCET portal on the morning of the 23rd and read its row labels by hand, and it carries no extension notice and no row dated after the 19-09-2026 mock result. Your Round-1 options are now the ones you had submitted by then. For the record of the window that has shut: KEA’s mock-result notice No. ED/KEA/PGCET/2026 of 19 September, printed in red, allowed candidates to enter options for the first-round seat allotment "up to 11.00 AM on 22-09-2026" — change, reorder, delete or add, through the option-entry link on KEA’s PGCET portal. ⚠️ IT WAS OPEN TO CANDIDATES WHO HAD ENTERED NO OPTIONS AT ALL. KEA states that eligible candidates who have not yet entered options may enter them now, in order of preference, after the mock result — so missing the 11–17 September entry window is not the end of the road, and the 17–19 September change window that expired unused costs you nothing. ⚠️ ENTER THEM AS IF IT WERE THE ONLY TIME, BECAUSE IT VERY NEARLY IS. KEA’s boxed warning on that notice says the options entered in priority order for Round 1 are the same options considered in every subsequent round, and there is no opportunity to enter options afresh later; after each round, deleting an option or changing its order depends on the CHOICE you opt for at that round. Confirm college addresses before you submit, take a print of the final list, and remember KEA sends no individual intimation. ⚠️ Options are entered against the Government’s FINAL seat matrix of 17 September, published on the 18th — see the stage above.

    KEA’s round schedule of 10 September put the Round-1 real seat allotment PROVISIONAL result "after 5:00 PM on 19-09-2026". It did not appear, and it still has not: the PGCET portal was fetched and its row labels read by hand again on the morning of 23 September and carries no row dated the 20th, 21st, 22nd or 23rd at all — the newest row on it is still the mock result link of 19-09-2026. That is now a full day after options closed at 11:00 AM on the 22nd. ⚠️ TWO OF KEA’S OWN PRINTED INSTANTS HAVE NOW PASSED UNMET ON THIS ROUND, not one. The same schedule put the Round-1 FINAL result "after 4:00 PM on 21-09-2026"; that hour has also gone by with nothing published. ⚠️ Neither could have been met in any case — KEA reopened option entry until 11:00 AM on 22 September, and a real allotment cannot run before the options it allots against are final, let alone a final result before the provisional one it corrects. ⚠️ SO THE REST OF THE PRINTED TIMETABLE IS IN DOUBT AND THIS SITE WILL NOT GUESS IT. KEA has published no revised schedule: not for the provisional result, not for the FINAL result, and not for the choice, fee and reporting rows of 22 to 26 September that follow from them — rows whose first days have now passed with no allotment to act on. Those rows remain KEA’s only published dates and are carried here as such, and nothing on this site should be read as a prediction of when the round will actually run. Keep opening the PGCET portal — KEA sends no individual intimation, and when it re-dates a round it does it as a row on that page.
